Marvin

The English Contract is an authorized replacement contractor for Marvin. This distinction means that we have been trained on the latest products and installation techniques to provide our customers the utmost in service and end results. We’re proud to partner with Marvin as our main fiberglass window manufacturer for your windows and doors for Cincinnati-area home renovations and home additions.

Wolf/Subzero/Cove

When you’re ready to renovate your kitchen, the appliance selection can be overwhelming. That’s why The English Contractor has gone through specialized training with our friends at Wolf/Subzero/Cove so we can help walk you through the options available and what will work best for your plans for your new kitchen.

Hardie Board

The English Contractor is a James Hardie factory-trained contractor. Through our work with Hardie Board, we provide leading-edge siding products that will enhance the beauty of your home and protect it for many years to come. These siding products have superior durability, can be custom-designed to your home’s specifications and require less maintenance than conventional siding products. When you are planning to replace your siding or build a new home addition, HardiePlank, HardieShinkle and HardiePanel are all great options. Make sure you choose a contractor with this certification to make sure that your new siding is installed or repaired correctly

Schluter Shower Systems

When planning a bathroom renovation, you want to make sure that your new shower is water tight. That’s why The English Contractor has gone through training with Schluter Systems, an integrated family of products that form a fully bonded and water tight assembly for tiled showers, eliminating water leaks and vapor penetration and reducing installation time.

Nudura  ICF

A home addition or new build with a foundation from insulating concrete forms (ICFs) gives the new structure several advantages, including faster installation, superior insulation and sound protection, as well as high ceiling height than traditional poured concrete or wood framing.  ICF homes also have improved durability in extreme weather events and fire than traditionally built homes. The English Contractor is as trained Nudura ICF installer.

Septic

Our team at The English Contractor helps take care of your largest investment—your home—both inside and out. We are pleased to offer Septic Installation as part of our complete home renovation offering. We are licensed and bonded by the state of Ohio to install your septic systems and help you maintain them. Additionally, The English Contractor is licensed for sewer and water tap ins so we can connect your structure to existing sewer lines and water supply.

Lead

Do you have a home or building built before 1978? If so, if you are planning a renovation or repair that will disturb lead-based paint, your contractor or builder must be certified and trained to follow specific work practices to prevent lead contamination. We can help you navigate through renovations of older homes and buildings, from containing the work area to managing a compliant clean up.
